In the late 1990’s Maxpro founder, Tom Macey, recognized a need for a change in traditional marketing in this market segment. Traditionally, manufacture representatives work for one company and offer customers one solution from one manufacture. The manufacture representative is forced to offer only what their manufacture has to sell and try to fit that particular product into the customers application and or needs. Maxpro was started to offer customers choices and fill their needs and applications, not the manufactures product and sales goals.
Today Maxpro’s success is based on the trust that is has established with our customers. We stand behind every product that we offer. Most importantly, at our facility in Willow Grove, PA we have a full repair and calibration lab to service our customers on a timely basis. Maxpro also has the largest fleet of rental hydraulic and pneumatic torque equipment on the East Coast; we have the ability to rent every item we sell. We let the customer determine what is best for their budget, rental (short or long term), purchase or least to purchase.
